  • How does the Loyalty system work?

    As a registered customer, you’ll get loyalty points for online purchases (1 point for HUF 100) that you can redeem when buying concessions and tickets (1 point = HUF 1). You can earn double or triple points occasionally, during various events and promotions.

  • Is a group discount available?

    For each group over 10 people in size, one person is eligible to attend the given screening for free but still needs to register and book a seat with a HUF 0 ticket. Please contact our staff for assistance.

  • What happens when a screening gets cancelled?

    We always do our best to hold all the scheduled performances, however, under some rare, unexpected and unforeseen circumstances we will be unable to provide a given screening against our best intentions and efforts, for which we apologize in advance! In such unfortunate and hopefully super rare cases, please contact our onsite staff or at our e-mail: info@etelecinema.hu to remedy the situation.

  • Can I bring food and drink bought elsewhere for the performance?

    You can only enter the product you bought at ETELE Cinema (products bought in a buffet or cafe), you can’t bring food and drinks bought elsewhere into the cinemas, but why would you, because we have the most delicious popcorn and nachos in town! 😉

  • Is it possible to use a particular type of gift certificate for another type of movie screening?

    Of course, premium gift tickets can also be redeemed for 2D, 3D non-premium performances, but unfortunately there is no way to pay for them or repay the difference.
